Help on loading long raw columns into tables

I am trying to load a binary file into a oracle table if I define the feild as long raw how do I go about loading the file into the table. I am using Oracle 7.3.2 on solaris 2.5.1 Received on Fri Feb 14 1997 - 00:00:00 CET
