FRM-10044 Error

[Quoted] [Quoted] I am enountering Oracle error FRM-10044 (Can't create file) when trying [Quoted] to save a file - form, menu or library - from Developer2000 1.3 running on Windows95. The initial save after the form is created is OK but thereafter whenever I try to save I get this error. There was not a problem with the 16 bit version 1.2. I can save the modules to the database OK but I prefer the file save for speed. Oracle support has not been able to help. Has anyone had this problem and found a solution?
