I want to be able to use the Windows 95 RDBMS Tools (SQL*Plus, Browser, SQLNet, Etc...) on a machine that has Personal Oracle Loaded as well. The idea is to transfer some data between the Personal Oracle and Oracle 7 Server running on Unix. Trouble is, they both need to have a different set of entries in the Win95 Registry. (some of which have the same name) The Personal Oracle is loaded locally, but the RDBMS Tools are loaded on a LAN. Therefore, I need a set of Registry entries for each one. Most notably, I need two ORACLE_HOME entries.

Has anyone ever done this successfully? I would think that it is not too uncommon to move data between Server based Oracle and Personal Oracle.
