You could use the facility to print a form insted. Place a repeater control on a form that is 8 1/2 * 11. Enlarge the repeater to cover the whole form. Set HasBorder, HasScrollBar and HasExtraRow to false. Resize the primary panel to your label size. Place your columns on the repeater. Call the print metod to print the form.
This metod is described in the book "Power Objects Developer's Guide"

I prefere to use Crystal Report to print mailing labels. There is an exelent wizard to make printing lables-layouts. Using Crystal Report makes it possible for you to distibute a whole set of RPT-files with different labels with your appllication.
