Enterprise Manager problem

Hi,

[Quoted]         I recently loaded v1.3 of Enterprise Mgr on our NT server and it's worked fine. Yesterday, I loaded Designer 2000 and now I cannot start Enterprise Mgr any longer, with the following errors reported:

        VOD.EXE: The procedure entry point nsmhwk could not be found in the dynamic linked library NSNT.dll.

        VOD.exe: The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000139). Click on OK to terminate.

        VOC-00111. Oracle daemon process could not be started.

        I had thought that the errors might reflect a corrupt NSNT.dll file, so I replaced it from the installation disk, but still got the same errors. The other parts of OEM still work, but the Enterprise Mgr (icon) istelf will not. Does anyone have a clue what I can try short of reloading Enterprise Mgr?
