Reporting tools like dbExpress

One of my other discussion groups has made mention of a product by Computer Concepts call dbExpress ... a Windows client based data mining software that is supposed to be good for using in an Oracle dbms server environment. I'm interested in this product for use in my line of work, health and medical management systems. I've been hearing rumors of it being used in telcom billing data reporting as well ... and am interested in seeing if it has any possibilities for electronic insurance claim processing.

I was just wondering if anyone here had had experience with this product, and what they think of it?
