There is a demo form v4.5 supplied with Developer 2000, you can find it in Orawin/forms45/demos/windemo/windde.fmb. Also try the online help in Forms, searching on DDE should get you started. There is also a bulletin available from Oracle: 11267639.61 'Dynamic Data Exchange in Oracle Forms'.
Once you have sent the data to Word, you can use DDE to execute Word macros to copy your data to several documents. Good luck
