Forms 4.5 Runtime problem

We are experiencing a problem with Oracle Forms 4.5 runtime that I'm hoping someone can shed some light on. The problem arises with forms generated using Developer 2000 v1.3 running on Windows 95 desktops.

We are occasionally having forms in runtime mode stop with illegal operations. Pressing the detail button provides the following:

fs45run32 caused an invalid page fault in module core34.dll at 0137:0041e636

We've found that we get this problem on machines with both 16 and 32MB of RAM.

Can anyone tell me what core34.dll does, or can anyone shed any light on what might be causing an invalid page fault?
