Help in forms FM 40908 error msg

We got the FM 40908 message after the user hit the SAVE button. The full text of the error is FM 40908 Ram internal error : rim file i:/src/irm/irmfre.c, line 79: disk i/o failure.

I am not even sure whether this problem is on the server or on the client side. The problem goes away if the user logoff and then log back on. The records are saved into the table. Any helpful hinds would be appreciated.
