Job Description:

• Works closely with product stakeholders and Product Owner to understand and develop user stories for the scrum team
• Facilitate the collection and evaluation of data and insights for comprehensive strategy planning Able to translate discovered business needs into logically structured product backlog items
• Can serves as the primary point-of-contact for the scrum team in coordinating and understanding product objectives
• Works diligently to refine and decompose epics and user stories to a state that allows development by the scrum team
• Collaborates with personnel and teams external to the scrum team, where needed, to collect all information & designs necessary for efficient development (e.g. wireframes from the UI/UX team, architecture documents, etc.)
• Attends agile scrum ceremonies as needed, to assist the product owner in representing the business to the scrum
• Structures and evaluates incoming requests from product stakeholders, ensuring items added to the backlog and in alignment with product and Bio-Rad strategic goals
• Works with subject-matter experts and product owner to refine, decompose and finalize user stories
