· Experience in agile environment, mediating grooming sessions, soliciting and writing requirements (features, user stories, acceptance criteria)

· Experience with large IT transformational projects, modernization or partial modernization of platforms

· Experience with UI/UX projects, helping drive requirements for design of user interface capabilities

· JIRA experience

· Experience working with offshore teams

· Experience in healthcare, preferably within benefit coding and claims adjudication spaces Good Communication and Analytical skills

· Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment

· Analytical skills

· Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
