Minimum 9+ years of experience as Business Analyst. Worked on minimum 4-5 different Projects.
Excellent Knowledge of Salesforce CRM Functionality.
Salesforce Admin Certified
Experience in Documentation which include prepare Product Backlog, Process Flow Chart, Presentation
Excellent Communication Skills
Good to have Salesforce CPQ Knowledge
Good to have Power Generation Industry domain knowledge.
