Qualifications
Basic
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. • At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.

• At least 2 years of Experience in ASP.NET Web API development.
• At least 2 years of experience in Agile scrum software development process.
• At least 2 years of Experience in SQL server 2012 or later.

Preferred

• Proficient in writing unit test cases using MsTest/Nunit/xUnit and MOQ
• Experience in static code analysis tools like Resharper/SonarQube is added advantage
• Experience in Angular is an added advantage
• Experience in working in GitHub is an added advantage.
• Experience in database performance optimizations
• Experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
• Experience in designing and architecture review.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience to Logistics domain would be a plus
• Analytical skills
•  Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.

Scrum Master

You will be an expert in managing Agile-Scrum Projects. Remove all the obstacles coming in the way of the project execution Makes sure that the whole scrum team is following scrum process Help the team to take right decisions such as using the right methods/technology Mediate in resolving any conflicts which impacts work Acts as a coach of the team and ensures that at end of each sprint goals are met Conducting retrospectives to discuss what was successful in the project, what can be improved and how to make future work more successful. Play the role of Scrum master ensuring end to end completion of a feature. Support Product Owner to define User stories for a large program    

 Qualifications
