Job Description

Position Accountabilities

•	Apply business insights to conduct detailed research, independently track projects.
•	Gather business requirements from Supply Chain customers.
•	Work with customers to determine supply chain operations issues.
•      Co-ordinate with the IT development team and responsible for delivery of enhancements, reports Customers.
•	Identify, recommend and implement new changes based on customer needs.
•      Support the company initiative to expand its product range and invest in advanced technology based solutions for freight forwarding and consolidation and de-consolidation business.
•      Participates in project life cycle deliverables. Data gathering and analyses, Vendor RFPs, User Acceptance Testing, User Procedure Documents and Rollout procedures.
•      Work with Product Management, Commercial Management and with agencies to develop strategies and execute campaigns.
•      Prepare and distribute daily and weekly reports as needed
