Role - Genesys CTI Engineer.
Location – Franklin lakes and Phoenix AZ Duration : Long Term  

Summary on experience we are looking for :

•	7+ years of hands-on work experience as Genesys CTI Engineer.
•	Deployment and configuration of Genesys Framework (7.6, 8.x) on Windows and Linux Platform.
•	Deployment and configuration of Genesys Voice Platform and its integration with Genesys Framework.
•	Deployment and configuration of routing solutions.
•	Knowledge of eService’s, WFM.
•	Log review of SIP Server, URS, Stat Server and other Genesys applications.
•	Troubleshooting and fixing of Genesys Environment Issues.
•	Upgrading of Genesys Applications on Windows, UNIX and Linux.
•	Support and troubleshooting of production environment


Role - Genesys CTI Engineer.
Location – Hartford CT
Duration : Long Term

•         Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in Genesys Contact center Platforms implementation and support
•         In-depth understanding of Genesys 8.x Architecture, installation, and configuration management
•         Must have Genesys SIP server 8.x Integration experience with SBC and Voice media gateways
•         Experience in deploying Genesys 8.x components like CIM Platform, GVP, ORS/URS, GMS, Proactive outbound solution,  Pulse, Eservices suites (chat, email), WDE, Co-browse and Genesys Reporting solutions, Genesys Interaction Recording
•         Extensive knowledge in troubleshooting issues on Genesys CIM Platform, GVP, ORS/URS, OCS, eServices, WDE, Co-browse, GIM and GIR
•         Knowledge on Java / .Net, Platform SDK, SCXML, VXML , SQL/oracle and Cassandra databases
•         Knowledge on windows 2012 and Linux 5.x/6.x OS
•         Knowledge on webservers and load balancers
•         Knowledge on Change, Incident and problem management
•         Facilitate conversations between technical teams, stakeholders, quality assurance / testing teams, vendor management, and customers
•         Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with users, team members and management
•         Certification on Genesys 8.x would be an added benefit
