Description:            Good understanding of business requirements, functional specifications and design specifications
Good Understanding of ETL, Reporting and Data warehouse concepts Excellent Data Analysis and Data Profiling skills Hands on experience in SQL Scripting
Would be responsible for data validations from Source to Target Should have good knowledge on ETL load strategies Knowledge on Shell/Unix Scripting
Should able to write Use Cases, Test Plan, Test Cases Should have good understanding of the overall architecture, not limited to ETL testing Good Knowledge of bug tracking system (EX: Jira, QC, TFS, etc.) Should able to automate ETL and Report Testing Excellent written and oral communication skills Should be good at root cause analysis
Should possess good problem solving skills.

Strong health care payer domain working experience is a plus Strong U.S. Healthcare knowledge on Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial business lines is a plus Good to have knowledge on Trizetto FACETS and Care Management Systems Knowledge of Sybase and GreenPlum is a plus

Work with client’s IT and business teams to understand requirements in detail and work with offshore teams to get the software tested. Provide responses to offshore teams, enable them to deliver without rework.  Must be proficient in the full testing life-cycle. Experience in working with Agile methodology. Effective communication with client and offshore for better delivery. Design test strategy
Convert high level requirements or technical architecture into low level test scenarios Commitment to delivery as per schedule and can take appropriate steps where necessary. Proactive in understanding the client problems, providing suggestions and sharing the information with onsite/offshore managers periodically. Provide the status updates of both offshore and onsite to client managers/scrum masters. Drive from front in client interactions, business needs, and technical aspects.
