Alternatives to Fine Grained Auditing

Is anyone aware of any third party tools that provide functionality similar to Oracle's Fine Grained Auditing?

We would like to be able to provide reports to our auditors outlining when a table was selected or updated and who was the user who accessed the table.

Any recommendations would be most welcome.

We are on Standard Edition of Oracle 11 and 12.
