Absolutely nothing. Unless of course you like Kool-Aid.
At least with MSSQL it's been there for 15 years. Totally debugged, each
pdb has its own redo log and there is no inherent bottleneck in the
architecture.
Pay to get multi-tenant? It'll be a cold day in heck...
