The company that I'm working for is using 3Par. I must say, it's an excellent SAN, quite on par with EMC. I have 3 RAC systems, one 9i with 4 nodes, currently being migrated to 10.2, one 10.2.0.3 32 bits (RAC is for availability, not for throughput) and one 3-way system on x86-64, all accessing 3Par storage, without a glitch.
