Why confuse an adapter with the protocol? TCP/IP allows TCP as well as TCPS (Secured TCP). TCP as well as TCPS can be encrypted

What do you think SSL means?

Bottom line: what (apart from 'include network encryption') do you want?
And while we're at it: what traffic?
