Wow, you get the award for the most generic question I have seen in at least six months.

  1. "8I"
  2. "feeds some websites"
  3. "an Oracle error"
  4. "status code is 1"
  5. "bring up the page again 2 or 3 times"

I would suggest starting at the top and posting everything, a little more specifically :)
