Adding list of names to group in Calendar

I'm not sure if this is the right forum, so please feel free to redirect me.

I have an email distribution list of about 350 names that I need to add to a meeting in Calendar. I can only figure out how to add one name at a time to a group. Is there a way to add all 350 names to a new group?
