Actually, I find the Metalink search to be pretty useful. The forums tend to be worthless. I've always wanted to have the time to do a study of the average elapsed time between a customer's posting and Oracle's response. Then there is the problem of the responders not actually reading all of a post -- or else not comprehending what was being said -- as evidenced by their canned responses.

I've given them feedback several times about the physical layout (my big complaint is the amount of horizontal real estate they use for menus, leaving less space for actual content) and never even received the courtesy of a canned reply. Received on Thu Feb 26 2004 - 07:19:31 CST
