Not only that. The quality of answers provided is in the same rank of as the answers of some recent contributors here. 'You are facing deadlocks? My book tells that deadlocks are caused by an application, so it must be the application. Tar Closed'. In this particular situation Oracle would just lock, and there was no sign of any lock on a table. On library cache there was. However the analyst was unable to understand the trace file he was sent, and kept sticking to his erroneous response.
