Need help w/java

We recently moved to Oracle 9i, using a newer version of WebLogic as well.
Now we find we need the java xa driver.  Do we need to install java to get
that?  Also, we are having trouble installing java.  Can't find much info on
installing java in Oracle 9i.  We did not get a initjvm.sql file, but did
get initjvm<number>.sql.  Any help would be appreciated.
