Thanks Alex and Niall. I've tried to open at earlier time/until cancel but it didn't work. Seems like while restoring the files some files got messed up and they all are inconsistent now. We don't have cold backup also.

This is a test database that is expected to go into production next month and currently we're testing backup/recovery. The data in it is not crucial (still I still have export file) and I just want to open the db. In this situation how can I can I do that?
