I'm not exactly clear what you are asking but this is how I understand your situation
Now what you can do depends a little on what type of backup you have for point 1.
If you have a full backup at the 12 December but not from the 13th then the 12th is the latest point in time to which you can recover. I believe that the appropriate command would be recover database until cancel (using ....). You cannot on my understanding of your situation recover until the 13th if that is what you wish to do.
However it might be worth doing some investigation of your backup strategy, in particular why archive logs are missing. For example our production db only keeps archive logs for 7 days. The reasoning being they are stored on tape each night so i will have enough tape backups of the archived logs in the event of a restore being necessary. In other words your missing archive logs might/ought to be on tape somewhere.
