Problem with Oracle v8.0.4 services under Windows NT 4.0 server

Hi,



I have just upgraded my databases from v7.3.2 to v8.0.4 on Wimdows NT 4.0.



The problem I now encounter is that when the NT server is rebooted although
the Oracle Services start up correctly the actual databases need to be
started through svrmgr. Under v7.3.2 the databases automatically started.



Can anybody suggest a workaround or what the problem is ?
