Upgrade Oracle 7.3.3 to 7.3.4

Hi all,

In order to use Data Manager in Oracle 7.3.4, I need to launch the Enterprise Manager first. Is that the true statement ???

If I start the OracleNameService before I launch the Data Manager, Dr. Watson occurs !!!
Does anyone see this problem before ??? How can I solve it then ???

Is this problem occur because I didn't upgrade Oracle from 7.3.3 to 7.3.4 properly ???
