Dissapointing oracle support on Oracle Collaboration Support

Hi all,

We wanted buy OCS for our company and got the local oracle partner to install it. We are currently using iPlanet SunOne e-mail server and there was a problem in migrating iPlanet mails to OCS (via IMAP interface). When they contacted oracle support on this, oracle identified it as a bug in OCS and they have not yet (after two months) given a solution to this. Because this delay, we are thinking of abandoning this project and look for alternatives..

Is there anyone who has some how managed to transferred all iPlanet mails to OCS ???
Anyone in oracle (who reads this group - SR : 6095116.992) can help us on this ???
What are the other similar products we can go for other than Microsoft and Lotus ???
What are my other options ??
