From what I recall the EBS PDB conversion sets the required parameters at the CDB level and they are inherited by the PDB. If for some reason the values have been set at the PDB level, it’s probably a good idea to reset them in the PDB to inherit the CDB values - particularly to avoid issues when cloning.
