The problem I have with Agile is the schema isn't known ahead of time. As a DBA, your choice is to sit in every Scrum meeting, and then you have no time for your other many assignments. If you wait till the end, you can't tell them the schema is trash because they'll just say the code is written and ready to roll out Monday so there isn't time to rework the schema and therefore the code.

Has anyone else run into this issue? Or maybe has solved this issue?
