I downloaded files separately and it works:

SQL> The patches I have are the following:

-bash-4.2$ $ORACLE_HOME/OPatch/opatch lspatches

31219897;OJVM RELEASE UPDATE: 19.8.0.0.200714 (31219897) 31281355;Database Release Update : 19.8.0.0.200714 (31281355)

30122149;OCW RELEASE UPDATE 19.5.0.0.0 (30122149) OPatch succeeded.

As you can see, both DBRU and OJVM RU are installed without problems. Regards

I tried to open an SR with Oracle, but there’s no option even close, so I know that will take a while to get any response and I need this ASAP.
