There's no glaringly obvious coincidence about that block that gives me any clues.

At 64MB extents the first 32 blocks of the extent would be the L1 bitmaps, with an L2 at 33 and (if it were the first extent) an L3 at the 34th block.

From basic arithmetic that block is number 36 in the extent - so nothing special that might be subject to multiple processes trying to wipe it clean at the same time. (That's based on it being a table block, not a LOB block).
