12C agent deploy failing on windows

Running the agentpull.bat script at it failed at the end with: Performing the agent configuration...

So we edited the runconfig.bat file replacing c:\ade\... references with the correct values and reran that portion. That errored complaining about a missing agent.rsp file. Created one based on agentdeploy instructions because those the missing variables matched the ones for that deployment method. However, it is still failing with references to c:\ade\... Any ideas as to what has to be changed to correct this. We are pursuing a SR but so far have not made any progress. Latest error shown is below. Also note the service name - why 11G? value passed to dir splitC:/ADE/v/oracle/work/Shiphome\oracle length of temp is2
