Entire DB (incl temp, undo, system, etc) is ~1TB. Subset of schemas is 800GB, with a lot of whitespace in there.

I have actually setup both a physical and logical standby, but it was a lifetime ago (8 years?) and I left that job before that project was completed. "Use it or lose it" applies, I guess. :)
