How have you integrated your databases with clusterware? Using custom scripts as a normal application?

With 10.2 version you usually configure an agent per instance and switch the agent along with the instance during node switchover. With 11g EM you can use a single agent, installed on the node and configure a clustered target that can be not only a RAC database but also a RACone database or a single instance attached to cluster for failover porpuses. Problem is that agent is able to monitor the target only using srvctl/crsctl commands...
