The COBOL legacy market has been hot for quite some time. Like I say, you can get "Josh" with his ball-cap-backward onsite oozing miles of Java
code with 1 day notice in the Bay Area for 1/2 the cost of a plummer or COBOL expert. The plummer and COBOL expert don't show up very quickly.

Cobol legacy systems as people retire.         

        It's the new hot market.
