HP-UX 11i/9.2.0.3/Upgrade Question

Hi All!

I am trying to upgrade an 8.1.7.4 instance to 9.2.0.3. I installed the software, installed the 9.2.0.3 patch, ran the upgrade, and now I'm getting an ORA-600 [16206]. I get this error querying the x$ view X_$KCBCBH.

I have opened an iTAR with Oracle, but I was hoping that somebody out here has tripped over this and could lend their expertise.
