MetaSolv is a product-set and division of Oracle Corporation that provides operations support systems (OSS) software to the communications industry. These applications can be used for the management and provisioning of VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol), IPTV (IP Television), VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) and other voice and data telecommunications services.


MetaSolv Software (Nasdaq: MSLV) was founded in 2002 and was a leading provider of service fulfillment solutions designed to meet the complex, mission-critical business needs of next-generation communications providers.

On 15 December 2006, a majority of MetaSolv stockholders approved Oracle's acquisition of MetaSolv Software for the amount of US$219.
