It's also worth noting that the ACM decreed on Jan 1st 2008 that it
could no longer accpet any papers about Nulls, because in 2007, the
final possible cheesy pun that could ever be used in a title about
missing data had been exhausted with Date and Darwens "6NF missing in
action - The Fi-null countdown".
