BB should go work in some Asian or African dictatorial style country. His autocratic style would not change anything in people's daily life. He may do marvels as a prime minister in the Republic of North Korea.(Until he would get his head cut by the people but that's another story)

stupid, worse, ignorant are not that relevant to BB's. What's mostly relevant to BB's is obedience. Deal is simple: If you are obedient, you are knowledgeable, sincere, smart etc.. If you are not obedient, you are *a crank*, *a troll*, *intellectually dishonnest*....
