If the purpose is to understand RM issues that must be dealt with during a design phase,
I suggest a publication written by Fabian PASCAL:

BUSINESS MODELING FOR DATABASE DESIGN other publications are as useful...I suggest reading them all as well..

They are written in a very concise and practical manner.
