I am not sure if this qualifies as anything, but I would like someone to demonstrate that RMDBs handle new unknown data requirements with as little impact to existing schema/queries/code as network based dbs. To verify this, we might:

  1. Have someone specify some data whose structure was previously unknown.
  2. Have the dbs store data.
  3. Create some basic queries.
  4. Repeat above steps and compare impact on existing schemas/queries.
