There are some, mostly forgotten. For example Pascal/R; from the The Encyclopedia of Computer Languages (http://hopl.murdoch.edu.au/showlanguage2.prx?exp=919):

    Pascal/R

    for Relational Pascal

    Pascal with relational database constructs added. The first     successful integrated database language.

Others languages cited in the same entry are: Modula/R, DBPL and PLAIN.
