In the field of mathematics there are many open conjectures.

One sub-field for example includes open problems related to prime numbers, etc
and related problems to do with for example the calculation of the number of ordered factorisations for any given n.

Of course, much of the work to date has been computational. I am not aware of any serious relational database in this area.

I was wondering *not* whether someone has used a database to try and tackle any problems in the theoretical field, -- which they have as there are many "lists"
scattered around the net in various areas, and maybe some of these lists are in a database of forms somewhere.

I was wondering rather whether anyone has applied the relational model of the data to any of these open problems, and if so, how have they implemented it and applied it.

Thanks for any references.
