LM structure question

I have a table called MEMBER, VOLUNTEER, DONOR.
Members coud be volunteers and/or donors or simply a member. Conversely, a volunteer and/or donor does not have to be a member. what is the best way to structure this? Each item in the table will have phone numbers and addresses attached to it as well as activities. Would an entity entitled PERSON which is then identified (not sure how) as being a member and/or a volunteer and/or a donor be appropriate? keeping in mind of course that a person who is member and a donor would have things like membership number, a
donor history and such whereas if he was just a donor he would only have a donor id or something.Thanks,
