There are mainstream commercial RDBMS (relational database management systems) vendors, the primary 3 in no specific order being IBM (DB2), Oracle (Oracle) and SQL Server (Microsoft).

Cannot speak for the 2 former vendors, as my experience is with SQL. However I'd be surprised if solutions are not immediately obtainable on either of the 3 platforms.
