Despite it's name, ERWin does not do ER models (not necessarily a bad thing IMO). It does

    Integration DEFinition for Information Modeling (IDEF1X) notation and

    Information Engineering (IE) notation

If anyone knows, I'ld be interested in the history of these notations and how they relate to Chen's original.
