Which tool should I use for Db on Web

I have a DataBase (about 1000 records) and I would like to
put it on the Web. It should be a dinamic base, with a
somekind a search engine. I made this base in Access, but
as far as I know for put Access base on Web I shuld have a
lot of extra 'patches'. I mean, what my server should have
for that kind of base. Does it SQL Server enough?
I have a possibility to use Clarion as well. So I have that
doubt also???
Please.. I don't know if I was clear enough, but I just
want one general advice..
